30-day returns, no questions asked.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund, sale items included. There are no forms, and you don’t need to give a reason.

How to return

Email info@u2wear.com with your order number. We’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and simple instructions.

Your coat should be unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

Let us know when you discover the issue, with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right at our cost, including return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll confirm by email and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after that time, email info@u2wear.com and we’ll help you check its status.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
