These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.u2wear.com (the "Site") and your purchases from us. The Site is operated by The Whole Shebang Inc., which sells the ELORA and u2wear brands ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Measurements in our size charts are approximate. Please review the size chart before ordering.

3. Prices and Availability

All prices are shown in the currency you select. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for every order, including your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

5. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Orders ship from our fulfillment center as described in our Shipping Policy. Where stated at checkout, prices include import duties and taxes for your country, so you will not be charged additional customs fees on delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package.
