General Return Policy:
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like to exchange your purchase (e.g., for a different item size), you may do so within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange, your item(s) must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with the original hang tag
ALL RETURNS MUST BE BRAND NEW IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGS FOR RESALE. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If your return arrives with dirt, debris (i.e., deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.), or strong odor (i.e., fragrance, smoke), your item will be returned to you at your cost and considered final sale and non-returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless you received a defective or incorrect coat. For defective merchandise, please provide a photo
All returns must be authorized. ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 15 DAYS. Failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect ddress, moved away, changed mind) are considered an unauthorized return.
Once we receive your return, we will exchange your item or credit your original form of payment. Please allow 3-4 days for your return to be processed.
We reserve the right to deduct up to a 50% restocking fee from your total refund if the return does not meet the above requirement (s).
