Every order ships FREE and fully tracked via premium express couriers. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days. We deliver to both street addresses and PO Boxes worldwide.

We want you in a coat you love. The best first step is getting your size right — our size chart shows your exact measurements, and most customers get a perfect fit the first time.
If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Just email us at info@u2wear.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll guide you through it, usually within 24 hours.
The Details
To return or exchange items, they should be:
- Unworn and in the condition you received them
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Free of any odors or marks (smoke, fragrance, pet hair)
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, customers arrange return shipping. Before returning any item, please email us at info@u2wear.com with your order number — we'll confirm the return address and guide you through the easiest process.
Faulty or incorrect item? That's on us.
If your coat arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover 100% of the cost. Just email info@u2wear.com with a photo and we'll sort it out right away.
