🛍️ Return Policy – The Whole Shebang

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions below.

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Get Authorization: Please email us at sales@shebangusa.com with your order number to request a return authorization. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

  2. Pack Your Item: Once approved, pack the item securely—preferably in the original packaging.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same brand-new condition you received it in. This means it must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Free of any odors (like smoke or perfume), stains (like deodorant), or pet hair.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • Shipping Tip: To save on costs, we highly recommend using a poly mailer bag instead of a box. Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is typically the most affordable and reliable option.

  • Tracking is Required: Please reply to our authorization email with the tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost returns, and providing a tracking number helps expedite your refund.

⏳ Return Deadline

All authorized returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving your return authorization.

💸 Refunds & Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions.

  • If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If the item shows signs of wear or does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to either deduct a restocking fee of up to 50% or send the item back to you at your expense.

Shipping charges are only refundable if you received a defective or incorrect item.

❌ Unauthorized Returns & Refused Deliveries

Any returns sent without authorization, including packages that are refused upon delivery, will be considered unauthorized. Shipping and handling fees incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.
