🛍️ Return Policy – The Whole Shebang

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions below.

🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Get Authorization: Email us at info@u2wear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
  2. Get the Return Address: Our authorization email includes the address to ship your return to. Please do not send returns to our corporate mailing address. Packages sent there cannot be processed.
  3. Pack Your Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same brand-new condition you received it in. This means it must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Free of any odors (like smoke or perfume), stains (like deodorant), or pet hair.
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • Shipping Tip (US): To save on costs, we recommend using a poly mailer bag instead of a box. USPS Ground Advantage is typically the most affordable option.
  • Tracking is Required: Please reply to our authorization email with the tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost returns, and a tracking number helps us process your refund quickly.

🌍 International Returns (Outside the US)

  • Returns are processed at our US address, which we provide with your return authorization.
  • International return shipping is at the customer's expense and can be costly for a winter coat. Please contact us before shipping; in some cases we may be able to offer an alternative.
  • On the customs form, please mark the package as "Returned merchandise – no commercial value" to avoid duties. Any duties or fees charged on a return are the customer's responsibility.

⏳ Return Deadline

All authorized returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving your return authorization.

💸 Refunds & Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions.

  • If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If the item shows signs of wear or does not meet our return standards, we reserve the right to either deduct a restocking fee of up to 50% or send the item back to you at your expense.

Shipping charges are only refundable if you received a defective or incorrect item. If your coat arrives faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the full cost. Just email us a photo.

❌ Unauthorized Returns & Refused Deliveries

Any returns sent without authorization, including packages that are refused upon delivery, will be considered unauthorized. Shipping and handling fees incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.
